For those of you based in Adelaide at a loose end this Sunday, why not schlep over to 1 Holland Street (just behind the Gilbert Street IGA store) and try out ‘The Market Shed on Holland’. Sunday marks the grand opening of this certified organic, sustainable, seasonal, local and ethical market, with all kinds of terrific producers, as well as a bit of wine, which is where we come in. The market runs from 9-2pm, and Battle of Bosworth and Spring Seed will be there from about 11am onwards; I am assuming everyone can wait till then for a tipple?

Come and say hi if you do pop in – I think I will be taking the Spring Seed ‘Forget-me-not’ SBS, the Battle Chardonnay, the ‘Puritan’ and the Cabernet Sauvignon. Sales by the glass and bottle to take away. All bases covered I think. Cheers
