It’s back! The fourth Sips in the Sticks is being held at Sue Bell’s magnificent Glen Roy shearing shed in Coonawarra, on Sunday 19th June. The theme for this splendid lunch is the impact on rural communities by Italian migrants. Ergo the winemakers (including me) have to create an Italian dessert to complement the rest of lunch which is being made by Stefano de Pieri from Mildura.

This is one of the best days in my wine calendar, and serves as a reminder to me why I am in the wine industry; a great day with ace people in a magnificent setting eating delicious food and drinking top wines.
