Celebration Bubbles
We can’t get enough bubbles during festive season, our Spring Seed Wine Co range has three distinct styles for everything from casual afternoon drinks to a fancy canapes party, and the bottles always look stunning.
- ‘Gypsy’ Blanc de Blancs is made from 100% organic chardonnay. Complex with a fine mousse, notes of citrus and green apple. Pair it with fresh oysters for the most simple and elegant of celebrations.
- ‘Wanderer’ Sparkling Red. Nothing says Christmas like sparkling red. Made with organic petit verdot, graciano and a splash of shiraz to create a complex base wine. With a vibrant bright purple colour, it’s ripe with blueberries, plum, black cherry and a hint of violets. Delicious on its own, it also LOVES turkey at Christmas time. Serve well chilled.
- ‘Sweet Pea’ Moscato. South Australia’s only single vineyard, organically grown Moscato is delicate pale pink with a subtle spritz, hints of pink grapefruit, mandarin, rosewater and blood orange. Delicious for a festive brunch or with Christmas Pavlova.

Backyard BBQ’s
Summer BBQ’s call for vibrant, easy-drinking organic wines that go down easy in the sun while you grill up a storm.
- Puritan Preservative-Free Shiraz is young, fresh and unoaked, our multi-trophy winning Puritan is vibrant and delicious with red and dark fruits, chocolate, blueberries wrapped up with fine-grained subtle tannins. Chill it for warm weather picnics to enjoy with pork ribs and salad.
- ‘Aster’ Pinot Noir. Bright, fresh raspberry characters and gentle tannins. On a hot day add it your esky or ice bucket to serve lightly chilled. Serve Aster with with BBQ vegetables, charcuterie, or gourmet sausages.
- ‘Cocksomb’ Cabernet Sauvignon. Medium-bodied with a fresh palate, redcurrants & blackberries with well-rounded tannins & length. Cocksomb has enough presence to go with smoky meats but light enough for warm-weather drinking. Think crunchy lamb chops on the BBQ.
Seafood Feasts
If you have seafood on the menu, something white and crisp with good acidity is called for. Try these wines from our organic Spring Seed Wine Co range.
- ‘Poppy’ Pinot Grigio. Light and crisp with a silky texture, a gentle nose of nashi pear, Poppy is superb served well chilled as an aperitif with seafood sushi or prawns.
- ‘Forget-me-not’ Semillon Sauv Blanc. Blending two of the most delicate yet brilliantly aromatic varieties, ‘Forget-me-not’ is a classic dry white with delicate citrus characters and floral notes. It’s a match made in heaven for soft cheese, classic fish and chips or just a spring afternoon in the garden.
- ‘Four o’clock’ Chardonnay is totally un-oaked, with loads of peach, nectarine, apple, lime, great complexity and a crisp finish. Delicious with any fish dish, shellfish or even your Christmas lobster.
Picnics in the Park
The easiest entertaining is a shared picnic under a tree. Our three Bosworth Family favourites to cover all your picnic dishes.
- Battle of Bosworth Sauvignon Blanc. Hints of cut grass with a hint of passionfruit and a racy lemony finish, this is a sophisticated Savvy that goes down perfectly in the sun without any food in sight, but it is also stunning with mild soft cheeses like double brie or goat’s cheese.
- Springs Road Little Island Rose. A dry fresh style made from Kangaroo Island & McLaren Vale Shiraz, it has notes of pomegranate and watermelon, with lovely acidity and a crisp finish. Enjoy with charcuterie, classic French quiche.

- Spring Seed ‘Wanderer’ Sparkling Red: Kick off the day with Spring Seed Wanderer Sparkling Red with canapes while you open the presents.
- Our Battle of Bosworth Chardonnay is a proper, complex chardonnay with classic stone fruit and nut characters. It will pair beautifully with prawns, lobster and roast chicken.
